Regional Sales Manager (West)

Position Overview:

SecureNet Technologies (SecureNet), is a rapidly growing Software as a Service (SaaS) technology company who specialises in smart home and business automation and the interactive security market. We are seeking ambitious and highly motivated individuals to join our North American Sales Team.

The Regional Sales Manager for our Western Region is responsible for driving revenue through interacting with and supporting an assigned set of regional dealers, central stations and service providers, as well as identifying developing new partner relationships. This position requires exceptional organization, communication, customer support and selling skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing and developing assigned dealer and central station accounts, to increase sales of SecureNet Interactive Cloud Services
  • Collaborating with the SecureNet Sales Support team to ensure on-boarding programs are implemented in a timely and professional manner
  • Establishing relationships with targeted partner accounts which deliver a superior customer experience and position SecureNet as the preferred provider of Cloud Interactive Services
  • Identifying new target partner accounts and to coordinate sales and support efforts to close in a timely way
  • Attending industry association meetings and trade shows as necessary
  • Interfacing with various departments within the organization including Sales Support and Training, Product Management and Marketing
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in a direct sales role within the Security Dealer industry
  • Having a current professional network within our targeted partner verticals is an advantage
  • Superior written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • A self-starter who is able to operate independently and remotely
  • Flexible and positive attitude that fosters team spirit
  • Experience using CRM tools and forecast accuracy
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time
